and I have found it very useful for me in terms of having good change story

I bought this book to expand my reading on change mgt for my degree, and I have found it very useful for me in terms of having good change story, and the usage of the academic references.
However, there are some redundancy and not all chapters are strong enough for a book like this.
Overall it is a useful book to read.

Excellent for academics

An excellent book for reviewing theory and literature relative to organizational change. It contains those that have endured the test of time as well as the newer ones. I would recommend this to anyone with some background and interest in that area of study.
