The author: “Richard Smith” instantly made me feel that I was going to get a huge amount of value from this book. He has a massive amount of experience in his field and it is clear from the first page that if you are going to take advice on getting hired from anyone, the advice should come from him.
If you are serious about getting hired, you should definitely get this and follow the advice. The author speaks from 35 years of experience and has hired (not sure about fired) over 1000 people.
The book teaches you how to stand out above the crowd when it comes to resume, how to get to interviews and how to conduct yourself. As a potential employee, you will see things from an employer’s point of view; this in itself is a gem.
There is far more depth in this well written book and I have already recommended it to several friends who are struggling to get hired.

There are plenty of books out there on this subject, but most aren’t worth the bother. This one definitely is. It’s the one. Interview Skills, Techniques and Questions, R�sum� and CV Writing - HOW TO GET HIRED: The Step-by Step System: Standing Out from the Crowd and Nailing the Job You Want by Richard Smith does covers everything it’s lengthy title promises and more. The author is a real guy who has hired tons of people all over the world. And this is written in a straightforward manner that I really appreciated. Anyone looking to get hired (or anyone who does the hiring) should read HOW TO GET HIRED. Highly recommended. Five stars.
